TERMS OF SERVICE

♡♡ Please fill out one of the forms I provide for you. They can be found on the Forms page. Then send the form to one of my contact options
(preferably Discord or Twitter)♡♡ ALL of my art must be directed back to me. Don't claim ANY of my art as your own.♡♡ You may ask for animal, creature, anthro, or human subjects in your commission, but please be aware that I specialize in animal/anthro art and don't draw human subjects that much.♡♡ I will only be opening a certain number of commission slots at a time. Do not send requests when commissions are closed.♡♡ Don't message me to "Reserve" a place for commissions. Commission spots are first-come-first-serve.
I also make no promises on ping lists, but you can ask!♡♡ None of my art shall be edited in ANY way, shape, or form unless you have my consent.♡♡ I do have a full-time job outside of commissions, so sometimes I take a while. I will try to update you as much as I can on the progress of your order and set a personal goal for 2-3 months max.
Please contact me before filing any payment dispute/etc. If you need a piece by a certain date please let me know at the beginning of the commission process.♡♡ Full payment must be sent before I begin on a commission. I do not do payment plans.♡♡ I will only redo/refund commissions if the mistake was my fault. Examples include mistake on character design, missed agreed commission deadline, wrong pose, etc.♡♡ I always try to get approval for the sketch before finishing a commission. If you fail to approve a sketch within a month of me sending it to you then your commission will be finished as is without edits.♡♡ No major edits will be made to the pose/etc once a sketch is approved. Please be advised you may not get a WIP after the sketch, so any changes MUST be brought up during the sketch approval stage.♡♡ NONE of my art is to be used for the purpose of an NFT. If you see an NFT using my art, please notify me as it is stolen, thank you.

RESELLING MY ART

Sketches of a specific character should not be sold individually, but can go along if the character is sold♡♡ LINES

Character designs by me can be resold for any amount.♡♡ PAGE DOLL / TAG BASES
These can be sold as tag/page doll commissions. For instance, you can take orders to color them as people's characters.
They can also be resold as the base itself when you're done selling the colored versions.♡♡ LARGE ART / TAGS / ICONS / BADGES
All of my commissions may go along with the character they were made for if you ever trade/sell/give away the character. Please do not sell the images by themselves.♡♡ CHARACTER REFERENCE SHEETS
Please check with the original designer of the character to see if you are allowed to resell/trade/etc. that specific design.

♡♡♡ Physical badges will be printed, laminated, and mailed to you. They come with a metal grommet and clip installed. Additional cost may be required for shipping outside of the continental US. Shipping is included in the price
